Minus Mob looks to remove the seasonality of frozen desserts through the creation of innovative flavours that play on nostalgia and in season ingredients to whip up ice cream that can be enjoyed all year round.

We started our journey spending way too much time in the freezers of the supermarket - after countless journeys to please our sweet tooth we decided we’d had enough of the same old thing and so minus mob was born.

Now we work with local grass fed dairy farms to whip up flavours of ice cream that we’ve always dreamt about. Turning desserts and flavours from around the globe into treats
